You can add a feedback form to an event on Webropol, and then send it to some or all of the attendees, as follows:
1. Under "Edit Event", click on "Connect and send feedback survey" (in left-hand margin):
2. Click on "Select feedback form" and select a survey from your folders:
3. Once selected, the title of your survey will appear next to "Selected feedback form":
4. Fill in the fields in the form - mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.
5. Note that you can use the "To" field to select "All" (ie. send to all attendees in your list) or select individuals from your attendees list.
6. Fill in some text for the accompanying email. The link to the survey is not visible, but it will be included when the email is sent. When you are finished, click on "Send survey" at the foot of the screen:
Attendance certificate
First you need to have a place to post your attendance certificate, for example on the intranet or internet. If all attendees are NHSGGC then the intranet would be the best bet. If you do not have author access to the NHSGGC intranet you can ask the Library to post the certificate in their document library and send you the link. If you do have a place then upload your attendance certificate to the intranet. Make sure the document is checked in and then copy the weblink to it.
Next, go to your feedback survey on Webropol and in the EDIT tab go to the Settings icon (second from the right)
Then, second from the bottom, click on Forwarding:
Select Webpage (URL). In the space provided, paste the weblink you copied earlier, then click on Apply
