We are working in challenging and stressful circumstances no matter our roles. We all need to take steps to preserve our physical and mental health in these trying times.
NHSGGC have set up a Staff support and Wellbeing section on the website with resources on mental health, physical activity, relaxation hubs within our hospitals, money issues and spiritual care.
A National Wellbeing Hub has also been launched for everyone who works in health and social care in SCotland.

NHSGGC Reading Challenge
Escape into a story and remind yourself of the benefits of reading! Our reading challenge runs from 1 April to 30 September, and you can join at any time. Register here.
Complete our reading diary to let us know what you thought of your reads. You will receive an award for reading 3, 6, 12 or 24 books over the course of the challenge.
Join our online book group to share what you're reading and find recommendations from other participants. Please note you need an OpenAthens login for this; if you don't have one, you can register here.
Bibliotherapy - Keep a journal
Writing can be very therapeutic in times of stress. You can buy journals with in-built prompts or get a blank notebook and just write down your thoughts.
