Basic IT training (for beginners) is available as part of our Core Skills programme and is delivered within NHSGGC libraries. These sessions last 2 hours and are designed for those with little or no computer experience. They cover file creation and saving, mouse and keyboard skills, and simple Internet searching. For more details and to book, see Basic IT.
Library Network staff do not otherwise routinely provide IT training and support; for help with logging on, email, clinical systems and more, see the NHSGGC eHealth guides at How Do I ? (pdf) and How Do I ? (Staffnet page). We have a full programme of training on bibliographic database searching, reference management and other knowledge skills which can be booked at Training: NHSGGC Library Network.
